What the organization posted
Live district auditions. A wind player must correctly play a minimum of seven scales with their related arpeggios to qualify for All-State Band, and every scale must be memorized (using a scale sheet during the audition is grounds for disqualification). The full pool is 12 major scales with arpeggios in the written-pitch order C, F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, B, E, A, D, G, plus C harmonic minor and A melodic minor with arpeggios, plus an instrument-specific chromatic scale over the range given on the ABA scale sheet. All scales are played in eighth notes at a suggested tempo of quarter note = 120, one point per scale and one per arpeggio. Prepared etudes are posted as per-instrument PDFs for the 2027 cycle (Cycle C), and every student auditioning for All-State Band must present a copy of the method book their exercises come from at registration.

What the current page describes
The page currently states only the process: auditions for All-State Jazz Band are recorded and submitted, four clinician-led ensembles are formed (Gold, Silver, Bronze, and a Middle School band), and a student's director must hold NAfME membership for the student to audition and participate. The specific 2027 audition material has not been posted.
Notes

It also references separate 2026-2027 High School and Middle School All State Jazz Information and Procedures documents. This is a genuinely separate posting from the ABA All-State concert band audition, which is live now.
